Not only were people were the most significant element of our success, but mentoring and seeing the growth in individuals had become my passion. So at forty eight years old, I took a step of faith and decided to channel my passion in two ways. The first being the establishment of a mentoring personalized program. Allowing employers to identify individuals with potential and place them in a position to succeed through a professional mentoring program adapted to the specific needs to the company, industry, work environment and people they will serve. The second component is technology work environment analysis, identifying and evaluating the methodologies, organizational structure and intellectual capital and presenting management with a risk and opportunities assessment to glean the maximum potential of their work force, operational and capital investments.

Creating relationships through encouragement, empowerment and sincerity have been the catalysts to the successes of my career and to be able to share that with organizations is exciting and rewarding.
